Real estate photography · Lisbon
Apartments, classic buildings, and penthouses with a view, captured with the city's light and architecture.
Lisbon
Lisbon sells on light and on the view. A Pombaline apartment in Chiado, a classic building in Campo de Ourique, a penthouse with the Tejo behind — each type asks for a different reading of the space and the time of day. We study orientation before every shoot to capture rooms in their best light.
High ceilings, tile, wood, and the view over the city: we photograph what gives a Lisbon property value without overstating it. Straight verticals, windows balanced against the view outside, and tones true to the space — ready for idealista, Imovirtual, and social.

Apartments & penthouses
The challenge of a Lisbon apartment is balancing the interior with the light and the view through the window. That's what we do in every frame — and, when the property warrants it, listing film and drone over the city.
Where we shoot
Chiado, Príncipe Real, Estrela, and Campo de Ourique. High ceilings, tile, and wood, with the view kept in the window.
Avenidas Novas, Parque das Nações, and the riverfront. Interior and Tejo view in the same frame, neither one sacrificed.
Classic buildings and renovation projects, shot for the sale and for promotion dossiers.
Lisbon is a city of very different property types, and each asks for its own reading. We work with agents, agencies, and developers, with one point of contact and formats ready for the portals and social. Travel included on the Sintra–Cascais–Lisbon axis.
Light & logistics
Beyond the Lens (BTL Studio) photographs apartments in Lisbon from Sintra, forty minutes away. In the city the light is window light: in Alfama, Bairro Alto and Graça the narrow streets want the middle of the day, when the sun comes straight in; in Avenidas Novas, Lapa and Restelo the south- and west-facing apartments gain from the late afternoon. Terraces and balconies over the river are kept for blue hour.
Drone: the city of Lisbon lies inside the airport's controlled airspace and flights need authorisation, often unworkable within a listing's timeframe. We replace the aerial view with terraces, balconies and viewpoints — and, when the building allows it, the rooftop.
Delivery: edited files, corrected verticals and balanced windows, ready for idealista, Imovirtual, the international portals and social, as a rule within the week of the shoot. Travel included in Lisbon.

Rarely. The city lies inside the airport's controlled airspace and flights need authorisation. In practice we replace the aerial view with terraces, balconies, viewpoints and, when possible, the rooftop.
With restrained wide-angle — without distorting the rooms — and with the window light balanced so the space reads as it is. We choose the viewpoint that shows how rooms connect instead of forcing width.
