The coast line
Beyond the Lens (BTL Studio) photographs the coast line from Colares, half an hour over the serra. From Monte Estoril to Paço de Arcos the coast faces south: the sun crosses the bay all day, comes in through the balconies and asks for care with the sea's glare. We shoot interiors in the morning, balconies in the late afternoon and keep blue hour for the views, when the bay's lights come on.
It is a market of view apartments, villas in gated developments and international families who choose the area for its schools and the train. Agencies need images that work in Portuguese and in English, on the national and the international portals. We deliver for all of them.
View apartments
Balanced windows so the sea shows without wiping out the living room; straight verticals; the balcony shot at the hour when the light is lateral and the horizon reads. An apartment in Monte Estoril or Carcavelos sells on what lies outside — we show both in the same frame.

Estoril, Monte Estoril, São João and São Pedro do Estoril, Carcavelos. Sea view, balconies and common areas shot for the portal and the foreign buyer.
Parede, Oeiras, Paço de Arcos, Porto Salvo, Caxias. Garden, pool and surroundings from the drone when airspace allows; blue hour when the house warrants it.
Lagoas Park, Taguspark, Miraflores, Algés. Workspaces and shops shot for lease and sale, with the same controlled light as the residential interiors.
We work with agents, agencies and managers across the coast line and the Oeiras municipality, with one point of contact from briefing to delivery and formats ready for idealista, Imovirtual, the international portals and social. Travel included on the Sintra–Cascais–Lisbon axis.
Light & logistics
With the coast facing south, the sea glares at midday and the balconies sit against the light. So the order is fixed: interiors in the morning, balconies and façades in the late afternoon, views at blue hour. In gated developments we arrange access to the common areas and the pool with the management before the shoot.
Drone: between the Cascais aerodrome at Tires and Lisbon airport's airspace, much of the coast line needs authorisation to fly. We confirm feasibility before proposing aerial images; when it is not possible, terraces, balconies and the view over the bay do the work. Delivery as a rule within the week of the shoot.

In parts, yes, but much of the coast line sits between the Tires aerodrome and Lisbon airport's airspace, where flights need authorisation. We check the property before proposing drone and offer terraces, balconies and blue hour instead.
