Light & logistics
Beyond the Lens (BTL Studio) photographs property in Cascais from Colares, on the other side of the serra. In Cascais the light comes off the sea: the villas of Quinta da Marinha, Birre and Cobre want the late afternoon, when the sun drops over Guincho; the apartments of the centre and Monte Estoril gain from the morning, before the bay's glare. The Guincho wind and the salt decide the drone day — we book by the forecast, not the diary.
Drone: the Cascais aerodrome at Tires and the Natural Park on the Guincho side require authorisations in parts of the municipality. We confirm flight feasibility before proposing it. When it is not possible, blue hour over the bay and the terraces place the property.
Delivery: edited files, corrected verticals and balanced windows, ready for idealista, Imovirtual, the international portals and social, as a rule within the week of the shoot. Travel included in Cascais and Estoril.

In parts of the municipality, yes. The Tires aerodrome and the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park require authorisations in some areas. We check the property before proposing drone and, when flying is not viable, offer blue hour and high vantage points instead.
